Unfortunately, the weekend is just about over for me. Sunday afternoons are made up of getting ready to start business on Monday morning. I'm just living the dream of business ownership. Yesterday was cool ... I got up and drove out the lake Ray Roberts and rode through "Isle du Bois" ... the lake looked great ... I got a shot of the Shadow by the lake ... it's like one of those magazine photos with a pretty background ... and thats me smiling because I'm ready to go riding. Last night me and Neenie cruised out to Lantana Lodge at a little after sunset to see the lake so very calm and still. For those of you who frequent my blog ... Lantana is the place that MG and his lovely tied the knot back on December 31. MG got "one line" of bad press yesterday and now I feel bad and need to make it up. Come see me MG and I'll buy you dinner.
I found a guy right here in Pilot Point yesterday who builds custom V's and does a great job. I met him yesterday and he does all sorts of bike work. I probably will let him work on the Ghost and not bother with taking it into Denton or Plano. This is very good news for me. His place is Revolution Motorcycles here is his website. I wish I could remember his name ... but he told me he works on all types of bikes. His latest custom made it into a national magazine this past month. I'll let you know.
Don't mean to cut it short today ... but that's really all I did yesterday ... with the exception of watching Calebs first soccer game. It was so hot out there. Those little guys just pooped out. The heat was brutal. But it was very fun to watch the little guys play their hearts out.
